Bonus: Up to £120 per week based on performance
Van: Fully insured van provided (kept on site)

Route: Pre-planned routes using the Flex delivery app
Training: Full delivery and safety training provided
Overview: Our client is seeking reliable and motivated self-employed delivery drivers to join their team delivering parcels across Warrington, Cheshire and parts of Greater Manchester for the world’s biggest online retailer. Based out of Omega Park Warrington, you’ll be using a company-provided van and working structured routes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing logistics team, delivering parcels with the support of a trusted brand. Opportunities to develop into management are available and encouraged.
Load Times: 10:15 AM
Schedule: 4–6 days per week (weekend availability required)
Transport: You will need your own transport to and from the van parking site (vehicle cannot be taken home)
Requirements:
- At least 3 months of commercial van driving experience (3.5t and above)
- Full manual UK/EU Driving Licence (maximum 5 penalty points, no DR or IN convictions)
- Must meet minimum age requirements for insurance
- Able to pass a DBS check
- Follow all road safety and company procedures
- Physically fit – this is an active role with daily parcel handling of 177+ stops per day
- Comfortable working independently and in all weather conditions
- Load parcels into the delivery vehicle each morning
- Punctual, professional, and customer-focused
