An HGV Class 2 Driver is required for a full-time, permanent role based in Newton Abbot. This Class 2 driving position operates on a Thursday to Monday shift pattern with early morning starts and offers a consistent five-day working week within a busy distribution environment. This is a permanent driving role suited to an experienced Category C driver who is confident working in a fast-paced logistics operation and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a Class 2 HGV vehicle safely and responsibly
- Complete customer deliveries efficiently and to a high standard
- Carry out pre shift and post shift vehicle checks
- Report any vehicle defects promptly
- Follow drivers' hours regulations and tachograph rules
- Adhere to all company health and safety procedures
- Represent the business professionally during customer deliveries
- Work effectively within a busy logistics and distribution environment
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Full and valid Category C HGV Class 2 driving licence
- Valid Driver's CPC qualification card
- Valid digital tachograph card
- Previous Class 2 HGV driving experience within a commercial or distribution environment
- Ability to work safely in a busy operational setting
- Willingness to commit to the Thursday to Monday shift pattern
