Key Responsibilities
Drive a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently on residential collection routes
Assist in the loading and unloading of refuse and recycling materials
Communicate with the depot team to receive daily route updates
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
Essential:
Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
Full CPC and digital tachograph cards
No more than 6 points on licence (strictly no DR, DD, or IN endorsements)
Physically fit and able to lift/carry bins and recycling containers
Access to your own transport to travel to the depot
A mobile phone to receive route and scheduling updates
Desirable:
Previous experience in refuse collection or multi-drop driving
Good local knowledge of the South Devon area
