Temp to Perm Opportunity for the Right Candidate
We are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Night Driver to join a well-established operation based in the Newton Abbot area. This role involves the delivery of caged products across the South West and South Wales, with start times between 14:00 and 18:00 hrs.
Location: Newton Abbot
Start Times: Between 14:00 – 18:00
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
Deliveries: Caged goods
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidate)
Pay rate: £17.93 – £22.46 (PAYE ADVANCE) Other pay schemes available.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently deliver caged products to various customer sites.
Complete all relevant paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
Ensure compliance with driving regulations and working time directive.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
Valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Previous experience with caged deliveries is desirable but not essential.
Good geographical knowledge of the South West and South Wales.
Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude.
