We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class Container Driver to join our client in Grays on an ongoing temporary basis, offering consistent work, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment. Monday to Friday working pattern Minimum of 10 hours paid per shift Ongoing temporary work with consistent hours Opportunity to work with a well-established and professional team About the Role As a HGV Class 1 Container Driver , your role will include Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections, completing required paperwork and reporting any defects Transporting containers to and from London Gateway and surrounding area Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time Complying with all relevant driving rules and regulations including WTD and tachograph rules Maintaining a high level of customer service at all drop off / collection points About You We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious driver with the right experience and a strong work ethic. Hold a valid Category C+E (Class 1) HGV licence Hold valid London Gateway card Have container experience Have a minimum of 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification
