We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class Container Driver to join our client in Grays on an ongoing temporary basis, offering consistent work, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.

- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Minimum of 10 hours paid per shift
- Ongoing temporary work with consistent hours
As a HGV Class 1 Container Driver, your role will include:
- Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections, completing required paperwork and reporting any defects
- Transporting containers to and from London Gateway and surrounding area
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Complying with all relevant driving rules and regulations including WTD and tachograph rules
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all drop off / collection points
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Category C+E (Class 1) HGV licence
- Have a minimum of 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification & Digital tacho card
- Available for ongoing temporary work
