The predicted salary is between 26607 - 26607 £ per year.

The main purpose of this role is in supplying essential equipment and support to Frontline staff across the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), which consists of over 600 properties located throughout Great Britain. The successful candidate will work as part of a team supporting Frontline staff in the delivery of services across our operational estate.

Top Responsibilities

  • The purchase of stationary, protective and corporate clothing, health and safety related goods, signage, operational tools and furniture.
  • Liaise with various internal and external suppliers.
  • The prompt payment of invoices and updating records.
  • Process invoices.
  • Raise purchase orders for goods and services being purchased.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

About You

  • A good working knowledge and experience using Microsoft applications such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and work flexibly within a team.
