Job role: Class 1 Night Driver (new Pass drivers accepted)
Location: Castle Donington, with eventual relocation to Bardon, Leicestershire
Term: Temp to perm
Responsibilities:
- Deliver from RDC to stores (1–3 drops per shift)
- Load trailer with electric pump truck at RDC
- Unload trailer with manual pump truck at store
- Day shift – leave pallets with staff in warehouse at store
- Night shift – open up warehouse at store and leave pallets
- Bring back any empty pallets and plastic storage containers
- If doing 3 deliveries, trailers will already be loaded
Pay rates: £190 Mon – Fri, £205 weekends.
Start times: 10 pm/11 pm for night shift, roughly 10 hours per shift.
Training:
- Training rate £115 per shift
- Site induction – 1 hour
- MHE training – 4 hours
- Four days on-road with another driver for training
Qualifications: New Pass drivers accepted.
