- Accurately input and amend orders, delivery details, and service requests in internal systems
- Validate customer information (addresses, access details, contacts, timescales) prior to booking
- Ensure documentation is complete and correct before release to operations
- Liaise with depots, drivers, subcontractors, and planning teams to resolve issues
- Update customers promptly where delays or issues occur
- Support re plans, failed delivery follow ups, and corrective actions
