Job Description Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver (C) Job Type: Temp to Perm Opportunity Shift Availability: 06:00 start times - 9 hours average per shift The Client are currently seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of white goods (washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers) to high-street stores rather than large distribution centres. Deliveries: Safely transport white goods from the depot to various customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate arrival. Loading/Unloading: Customer Service: Act as the face of the company, providing professional and courteous service, communicating delivery times, and handling product placement. Accurately complete delivery notes, obtain customer signatures, maintain delivery logs, and report any issues or delays promptly. 9-hour shifts). Standard (06:00 - 20:00): £16.52 per hour Unsocial (20:00 - 06:00): £19.85 per hour Bank Holidays: £22.51 per hour Valid Category C (Class 2) licence. Experience: Minimum 1 year of HGV experience (less may be considered if DNI covered).
