We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of RXO, working on the Costco contract based in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for Class 1 (HGV/LGV) Drivers looking for ongoing, long-term work with a well-established transport partner.

  • Monday Friday: £17.50 (holiday accrual) / £19.61 (holiday included)

  • Saturday: £19.50 (holiday accrual) / £21.85 (holiday included)

  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: £21.50 (holiday accrual) / £24.09 (holiday included)

• Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per shift

• Average 1012 hours per shift

• Yearly Driver Bonus Scheme: £600 in high street vouchers (paid at Christmas, qualifying criteria apply)

About the Role

We are currently seeking Class 1 Drivers (HGV/LGV) to work on an ongoing basis for RXOs Costco contract.

You will be responsible for 12 trunk deliveries per shift to Costco stores, with the possibility of a collection from one of their suppliers on the return leg. Assisted loading may be required at some collection points.

Shift Patterns Available:

• Days: ThursdayMonday or SundayThursday (00:00 03:00 starts)

• Nights: MondayFriday (16:00 18:00 starts)

Additional Details:

• Average shift length: 1012 hours (minimum 8 hours guaranteed)

• Work involves trunk deliveries only no multi-drop

• Operation runs 7 days a week

• Long-term ongoing work with consistent start times and routes

About You

We are looking for reliable, professional, and safety-conscious drivers who take pride in their work and represent our client to the highest standard.

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (HGV C+E) licence new passes welcome

• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence

• No DR or IN conviction codes (for insurance reasons)

• Minimum age: 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
