We are currently seeking to recruit a Class 1 Night Driver to work with our client on a temp to perm basis. You will initially be working out of Castle Donington with an eventual relocation to Bardon in Leicestershire.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering from RDC to stores 1 – 3 drops per shift
- Load trailer with electric pump truck at RDC
- Unload trailer with manual pump truck at store
- Day shift leave pallets with staff in warehouse at store
- Night shift open up warehouse at store and leave pallets
- Bring back any empty pallets and plastic storage containers
- If doing 3 deliveries then trailers will already be loaded
Ltd pay rates: £190 Mon to Fri, £205 weekends
10pm/11pm start for night shift, shifts around 10 hours
Training rate is £115 per shift
Site induction 1 hour, MHE training 4 hours, 4 days on road with another driver for training
