Driver Resource Recruitment are seeking to recruit a HGV Class II Day Driver for our client based in Thurmaston, Leicestershire. My Client has established itself as a leading international operator, being the choice haulier for local businesses and international corporations alike. This HGV Class II driving job involves the below:

  • Handball work – may be heavy
  • Loading/unloading vehicles
  • Up to 15 drops around localised areas – Loughborough, Evington & Thurmaston
  • Mix between business and residential addresses
  • Tail lift on vehicle & pump truck provided

Start times between 0700 & 0800 - 17:00

The successful HGV Class II driver will be required to have the following:

  • At least 6 months minimum HGV C qualification
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • HGV/LGV C Licence
  • CPC card
  • Digi card
  • High vis & Safety boots
  • Clean & professional appearance
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • No DR or IN conviction codes
  • Must have a good understanding of English and be a good communicator, paperwork involved.
