Class 1 Driver moving trailers from one warehouse to another, roughly about 400 metres apart, using a tractor unit (not a tug). The client currently has 6 units and 22 trailers on site.
Shift Schedule:
- Rotating shifts every 2 weeks.
- Shift 1 – 16:30 to 02:30.
- Shift 2 – 15:00 to 23:30/00:30.
- Monday to Thursday shifts apply as above.
- Friday shifts are: Shift 1 – 16:30 to 00:00; Shift 2 – 12:00 to 18:00.
Pay Rates (Ltd):
- Monday to Thursday: £190
- Friday: £170
- Saturday and Sunday: £190
Driver Requirements:
- Held Class 1 licence for at least 2 years.
- No more than 6 points on the licence.
- Preferably over 25+ for insurance purposes.
- Experience with similar shunting work preferable but not essential.
