My Client is a world leader in third-party logistics, providing and operating transportation and supply-chain solutions for large or medium size national and multinational companies. My Client offers a broad range of end-to-end, customized solutions in contract logistics and air, ocean, ground and finished vehicle transport worldwide thanks to its 110,000 employees, operating over 1,300 facilities in more than 170 countries.

Driver Resource are currently seeking to recruit Class 2 Day & Night Drivers to work on an ongoing basis for our Client based at Crick, Northamptonshire. Job role will include:

  • Average 6-9 drops/collections per shift.
  • Shifts start as above.
  • 10 hour shifts on average with a maximum of 14 hours.
  • You must pass an unpaid assessment for this role.
  • The vehicles will be curtainsided or box trailers.
  • You may need to unload at some sites.

PAY RATES FOR THE PAYE DRIVER EXCLUSIVE OF HOLIDAY:

  • Standard £15.13 (06:00 – 20:00)
  • Unsociable hours £17.33 (20:00 – 06:00)

The successful HGV Class 2 Driver will be required to have the following:

  • 6 months minimum experience required.
  • Flexible attitude to work.
  • HGV/LGV C Licence.
  • CPC card.
  • Digi card.
  • High vis & Safety boots.
  • Clean & professional appearance.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • No DR or IN conviction codes.
  • Must have a good understanding of English and be a good communicator, paperwork involved.
