Class 1 driver moving trailers from one warehouse to another, roughly about 400 metres apart. In a tractor unit and not a tug. The Client currently has 6 units and 22 trailers on site.
Rotating shifts every 2 weeks:
- Shift 1: 16:30 – 02:30 (Monday to Thursday)
- Shift 2: 15:00 – 23:30/00:30 (Monday to Thursday)
- Friday Shift 1: 16:30 – 00:00
- Friday Shift 2: 12:00 – 18:00
Ltd pay rates:
- Monday to Thursday: £190
- Friday: £170
- Saturday and Sunday: £190
Driver requirements:
- Held Class 1 licence for 2 years minimum
- No more than 6 points
- Preferable over 25+ for insurance
- Experience with similar shunting work preferable, but not essential
1 day induction and training. Team leader on site who the drivers report to. Immediate starts available.
