We are recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing full-time work with one of our prestigious clients in Bristol, completing deliveries from the DC to various store locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver white goods (mainly non-palletised, with some palletised deliveries).
  • Tail lift deliveries during PM work.
  • Trunking to Newark, Bristol and LGW or AM store work, and some CSC deliveries with curtain trailers.
  • Work 7-day operation with a mixture of start times in the day (5am – 9am).
  • Undergo assessment and induction; successful candidates will work on a rota pattern of 5 on / 3 off (other requests considered).

Working Hours and Pay

  • Mon-Fri Day shifts: £21.00 p/h
  • Mon-Fri Night shifts: £22.18 p/h
  • Saturdays: £23.36 p/h
  • Sundays: £24.53 p/h
  • Bank Holidays: £23.81 p/h

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 licence with no more than 6 points on the licence (no major endorsements).
  • Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1.
  • Flexible availability to meet shift requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
  • Must pass assessment and induction.
