HGV Trade Plate Driver based in Coalville, Leicestershire. Working Monday to Friday, shift start between 04:00 – 09:00. Average shift length 12 – 15 hours. Vehicles are never taken home.
Salary
- Rate options: LTD £17.00 per hour; PAYE £13.50 per hour (£15.13 including holiday).
Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver HGV units (class 2 or class 1) without trailers, using trade plates.
- Maintain professional and polite conduct at all times.
- Inspect vehicles on collection and delivery using bespoke software.
- Travel between delivery points using public transport where possible; use company minibuses or hire vehicles when required.
- Submit travel expenses weekly; expenses are not taxable.
- Receive two days of training prior to start.

- Minimum 6 months experience driving in the United Kingdom.
- Licence with no more than 9 points for minor offences.
- Valid driving licence.
