Driver Require are an agency based in Stevenage, looking to recruit HGV Class 2 drivers for AD-HOC work, willing to work between various contracts based in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire areas. We are looking for someone who is flexible to travel and enjoys working across different companies with each week being different. We aim to keep you busy as possible with weekly/daily bookings.
HGV Class 2 pay rates: £17.00 - £22.00 PAYE or UMB (please note: rates will vary depending on which place you work, but will be communicated to you prior to the jobs)
Job Details:
- Start times: 04.00 - 09.00
- Class 2 multi-drop work such as food delivery, general haulage, events work, trunking, 2 man crew furniture
- Monday to Friday work, with some weekend days optional
- Job locations: Royston, Letchworth, Bedford, Stevenage, Hatfield, St Albans, Waltham Cross, Harlow & surrounding Hertfordshire
Ideal HGV 2 Driver:
- Must have valid UK, CPC & DIGI driving cards
- Must have no more than 6 points and no major driving offences
- Good communication and the ability to follow instructions
- Fit and able as some tasks may require manual handling
- Flexibility
