PAYE Day Pay Rates
- Weekday: £210.00 (£235.30 with holiday pay inclusive)
- Weekend: £235.00 (£264.50 with holiday pay inclusive)
Driver Require are recruiting Class 1 Drivers for a manufacturing company based in Lichfield. We're looking for morning or night shift, any 4 hour window between 18:00 - 08:00.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering to major RDCs with some multidrop.
- Farm collections drop and swap.
- Ensure that daily vehicle checks are carried out and any defects are duly reported, ensuring the vehicle and its load are road-worthy and do not pose a threat to other road-users.
- Liaising with Customers.
- Abide by customers' rules and regulations whilst on site.
- Liaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereabouts.
- Effectively managing your driving time so that you don't acquire infringements.
Skills and Experience Required
- 2 years experience of driving Class 1 vehicles on UK roads.
- Maximum 6 points on licence with no major convictions.
