Driver Require are looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client, GXO Logistics based in Swadlincote. This position is ongoing work, all year round with opportunity for Temp to Perm for the right candidates. This is a great opportunity to break into the industry and get a head start in your new career!
Experience required - 6 months HGV 2
PAYE Pay Rate:
- Weekdays - £14.50 / hour
- Weekends - £16.00 / hour
- Pay Rate: (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Weekdays - £16.25 / hour
- Weekends - £17.93 / hour
The Job:
- Any 5 out of 7 days
- 03:00 - 07:00 starts
- Must be able to work 1 day on the weekend
- Deliveries to well known high street stores
- 10 - 15 drops per day
- You will need to offload cages, using a tail lift
- Once inducted, double manned training shifts (route planning etc) will be offered until the driver / trainer signs you off to go solo
