Driver Require is recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Flatbed Driver to join our client based in Ilkeston.
PAYE Pay Rates: £16.75 per hour, £18.77 per hour including holiday pay
Job Details:
- Start Times: 06:00 every day, Monday to Friday
- Average 10 hour shifts
- Must have flatbed experience and be able to strap load
- Delivering timber/trusses to new build construction sites
- Waiting time involved, could be up to 3 hours on site
- Vehicle is loaded/unloaded by forklift
- Induction/training provided
Requirements:
- Must have 12 months HGV Class 1 experience
- Strapping and loading experience needed
- Be mindful of the vehicles when driving to customer, e.g., fitting into tight spaces
- Maximum 6 points on licence with no major convictions (DD/DR/IN10's)
