Driver Require are recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing full time work with one of our prestigious clients based in Bristol completing deliveries from the DC to various store locations.
HGV Class 1 Driver role details:
- DAYS = Store Delivery - Start time between 05.00 - 09.00
- NIGHTS = Trunking - Start time between 17.00 - 19.00
- Delivery of white goods - some palletised but majority is white goods.
- Assessment / Induction Required
- Rota pattern of 5 on 3 off for continuous ongoing work
HGV Class 1 Driver pay rates (PAYE Including Holiday pay):
- Weekday shifts: £21.00 p/h
- Weeknight shifts: £22.18 p/h
- Saturday: £23.36 p/h
- Sunday: £24.53 p/h
Candidate requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence with no more than 6 points on license (no major endorsements)
- Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1
- Flexible availability to meet shift requirements
- Good knowledge of Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Must pass an assessment following with an induction
