The role:
As a Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering, loading, and unloading a range of tools, powered access equipment, and hire products to customer sites. The role involves regular customer interaction, completing safety checks, and ensuring all equipment is transported securely and handled safely at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect hire equipment using a Class 2 vehicle
- Safely load, unload, and secure equipment
- Operate powered access equipment when required (IPAF licence essential)
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Complete delivery paperwork and use handheld systems
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle and work area
What we are looking for:
- Full UK Class 2 (C) licence
- Valid CPC and Tacho card
- IPAF 3a/3b qualification
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong awareness of safety and load security
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
