We have an ADR driving opportunity for the right candidate with an immediate start continuing until August. This will be an ongoing position for our client based in Pocklington.
Requirements:
- A Full Cat C licence (Class 2)
- A valid Driver CPC
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- A valid ADR licence
- The delivery requirement involves manual handling – so a good level of physical capability
- Due to the location of farms in rural areas, there are often unique instructions which require initiative. A good standard of English is important
- Drivers need to be competent using an Epod system
- Drivers need to strap down stock safely
- Drivers need to arrive on site with appropriate PPE and licences
- Speeding is monitored
The successful HGV driver can expect:
- prompt PAYE payment weekly
- minimum 8 hours pay/day
- referral bonus
- holiday pay
