Driver Hire Chester and North Wales are recruiting for a Class 2 Moffett driver working for our client based in Wrexham. Monday to Friday working week with 06.30 start times.

As an HGV Class 2 Moffett Driver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a HGV class 2 vehicle with a lorry mounted Moffett-Curtain Side
  • Moffett licence preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Performing 6-10 drops per shift
  • Working on an average shift length between 8-10 hours
  • Valid C category entitlement on your licence which has been held for a minimum of 1 year - No more than 6 points
  • Good customer service skills will be required as you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis
  • Holding a valid CPC and Digital tacho card

Rates for Moffett Licence – basic £16.15ph or advanced rate £18.10ph, Overtime after 9 hrs £20.15 or advanced £22.58. This is a temp to perm position.
