Driver Hire Carlisle are currently recruiting for multiple Van (CAT B) drivers for our well-known and established client in Carlisle.
PAY: c£133 per day, c£668 per week, c£34k per annum
Shifts: Run across Monday-Friday Nights, 18:30pm starts. Average 9-10 hour shifts - Guaranteed 9 hours pay. Contract to start 13/04/2026. Long term ongoing work.
Role:
- Collect welfare van from Workington and drive the welfare van to a site at Bigrigg, Egremont.
- Remain on-site during the shift to supervise welfare facilities (e.g., heating, seating, rest area).
- Set up lighting on the unit while on-site.
- Keep the area clean, tidy, and secure throughout the shift.
- Return the unit to Penrith.
