Driver Hire Warrington are currently providing a number of leading furniture distributors with reliable 7.5T & class 2 HGV drivers on a regular basis.
Many of our current customers are happy to accept newly qualified HGV drivers, allowing you to gain invaluable experience in the industry from day one.
With a range of opportunities available to start immediately, we also offer complete flexibility to every driver, meaning you can choose which days you want to work on a weekly basis.
As a class 2 HGV furniture delivery driver, we will expect you to:
- Begin your shift at around 7AM
- Complete vehicle checks on a daily basis
- Manually lift a variety of goods, such as sofas, tables, chairs & more
- Deliver furniture to homes & stores across the North West
- Correctly complete all necessary delivery paperwork
- Maintain excellent levels of customer service at all times
Previous class 2 HGV driving experience is NOT necessary, however, please ensure you have the following:
- Full UK licence with category C entitlement or above
- No DR, IN or TT related conviction codes on your licence
- The ability to work independently in an efficient manner
