Driver Hire Bedford & Huntingdon requires qualified Vehicle Technicians for a range of prestigious clients across Bedford, St Neots and Huntingdon. We have both Temporary and Permanent contracts available for the right candidate.

What We Offer:

  • £17.75 (including holiday pay) for Level 2 Tech’s
  • £19.50 (including holiday pay) for Level 3 Tech’s
  • £22.00 (including holiday pay) for Diagnostic/MOT Tester’s
  • Permanent Contracts for the right candidates

What We Require:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
  • Active Diagnostic/MOT Testing Licence
  • Franchised experience is preferable
  • Own Tools are preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
  • Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
  • Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
  • Warranty Repairs
  • New Car PDI’s and Used Car Multi Point Checks
  • Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified)
