Driver Hire Bedford & Huntingdon requires qualified Vehicle Technicians for a range of prestigious clients across Bedford, St Neots and Huntingdon. We have both Temporary and Permanent contracts available for the right candidate.
What We Offer:
- £17.75 (including holiday pay) for Level 2 Tech’s
- £19.50 (including holiday pay) for Level 3 Tech’s
- £22.00 (including holiday pay) for Diagnostic/MOT Tester’s
- Permanent Contracts for the right candidates
What We Require:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- Active Diagnostic/MOT Testing Licence
- Franchised experience is preferable
- Own Tools are preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
- Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- Warranty Repairs
- New Car PDI’s and Used Car Multi Point Checks
- Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified)
