Location: Towcester (Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Rugby, Daventry)

Days required & shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30am start time

Description of the customer: Our client are the backbone of transport construction, supplying the building materials that bring everything from mini-roundabouts to motorways and railways to life. With branches across the UK, they combine expert knowledge with exceptional service, making sure their customers get the right products at the right time.

Full description of the role: You’ll make sure your vehicle’s loaded right, safe, and legal, plus do vehicle checks before hitting the road. Expect plenty of local multi-drop deliveries, with regular returns to the branch to reload. You’ll also pitch in with loading, unloading, and keeping your vehicle clean and tidy. Above all, safety comes first, and you’ll make sure standards never slip.

Pay: £17.00 per hour (PAYE) / £19.05 per hour (PAYE Advanced)

Skills / qualifications:

  • Valid Class 2 Licence
  • HIAB (Lorry mounted crane) licence
  • Grab
  • Valid Tachograph & CPC
  • No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
  • Minimum of 12 Months Class 2 Driving Experience
