The Role
- You will be carrying out a range of joinery work within occupied and void properties, ensuring a high standard of finish and excellent customer service at all times.
- General joinery maintenance and repairs
- Installation of doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring
- Working in both domestic and communal environments
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Liaising professionally with tenants and site contacts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a qualified Joiner
- Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds, SVQ, or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS card (not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a high-quality finish
