We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator who enjoys working in a small team. This role is key in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a professional positive attitude. Recruitment experience would be an advantage but we will also look at candidates with crossover skills from other sectors.

Duties:
  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Organise and maintain key information documents for drivers and client documentation, ensuring documents are completed and returned.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using in-house CRM systems.
  • Input bookings from clients, arrange candidates, and send confirmation to both.
  • Register candidates via WhatsApp or meetings and complete on company systems.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, payroll, and financial record keeping.
  • Prepare temporary employees' timesheets at the end of the week.
  • Chase the completion of timesheets from clients and drivers.
  • Complete other ad hoc admin tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven office experience in any crossover industry welcome.
  • Recruitment or administrative experience ideal with good computer skills but not essential.
  • Ability to work accurately and prioritise tasks effectively and manage own time.
  • Able to work alone and as part of a small team and is comfortable in a small business.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
  • Experience is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking part-time work in a supportive friendly environment. Ideal for anyone seeking part-time work with some crossover experience and looking to get back into work or is available only between 9am-12noon due to other commitments.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Hours: 08:30 to 13:00 (9 to 12 hours per week depending). There is some movement on start and finish times for the right candidate.

Pay: £12.71 p/h – £14.00 p/h dependent on experience/candidate.

Benefits: On-site parking.
