Due to increased customer demand and continued business growth, we're expanding our Bury St Edmunds team and looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
Driver Hire are the UK's leading Driving & Logistics recruitment specialist, proudly operating for 40+ years with a network of 100+ offices nationwide.
You'll be right at the centre of a thriving, energetic office - supporting operations, sales and resourcing while managing the full recruitment cycle:
- Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles
- Building strong relationships with customers, candidates, recruiting partners and our local network
- Visiting local businesses to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships
Recruitment experience is not essential - we'll train you. You should:
- Love talking to people and building relationships
- Enjoy being on the phone and feel confident making outbound calls
- Have good IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- (Bonus) Hold an HGV entitlement, which is beneficial but not essential
