HGV Drivers Class 1 Tramping – Nights Out – Permanent Positions

Nights out Tramping start Monday, Back Friday 55 hours average per week earning around £860 per week, yearly pay around £42000-£44000 per year.

We are looking for 6 Class 1 HGV drivers for a well-known company based in Longridge Preston who are looking for permanent employees after a 6 week working period through us.

As a Class 1 HGV Driver you must have:

  • C+E driving Licence
  • Current CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
  • 6 points or less on your licence for minor offences
  • Be keen to look after your vehicle and be reliable and punctual

HGV Class 1 Driver responsibilities include:

  • Tramping from site to site, 4 nights out
  • Daily walk round and Vehicle checks. Reporting existing damage and defects
  • Correct use of Tachograph and drivers hours

The successful HGV Drivers can expect:

  • Monday–Friday shifts, £42000-£44000 per year
  • No weekend working required
