  • Class 2 (C) – £15.70 Basic | £20.40 OT | £17.90 Nights
  • C1 / 7.5T – £15.20 Basic | £19.75 OT | £17.90 Nights
  • ADR & HIAB – Class rate + £1.00 per hour
