We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator who enjoys working in a small team. This role is key in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a professional positive attitude. Recruitment experience would be an advantage but we will also look at candidates with crossover skills from other sectors.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Organise and maintain key information documents for drivers and client documentation, ensuring documents are completed and returned.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using in-house CRM systems.
- Input bookings from clients, arrange candidates, and send confirmations to both.
- Register candidates via WhatsApp or meetings and complete on company systems.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, payroll, and financial record keeping.
- Prepare temporary employees' timesheets at the end of the week.
- Chase the completion of timesheets from clients and drivers.
- Complete other ad hoc admin tasks.
- Proven office experience in any crossover industry welcome.
- Recruitment or administrative experience ideal with good computer skills but not essential.
- Ability to work accurately and prioritise tasks effectively and manage own time.
- Able to work alone and as part of a small team in a small business.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
- Experience is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
