We are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) Multi-Drop Driver to cover deliveries across the whole of the UK. This role involves regular nights out on a rotational basis and is ideal for drivers who enjoy long-distance work and variety. Due to insurance purposes, applicants must be 25+ years old and preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Class 2 multi-drop driver.
The Role:
- Multi-drop deliveries to customer sites nationwide
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Nights out required on a rotational basis
- Handballing items
- Safe and efficient operation of a Class 2 vehicle
- Completing delivery paperwork and PODs accurately
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Providing a professional service to customers at all times
- Complying with drivers’ hours, tachograph, and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Previous multi-drop and UK-wide driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and road transport regulations
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
