Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team in Walton-on-Thames. The role involves multi-drop deliveries and collections across London and the South East, with early morning starts and occasional weekend work. IPAF driver who can drive our lorry and be able to operate Scissor Lifts. They will need to load and unload the IPAF.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class 2 rigid vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic logs
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance with DVSA and health & safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service on site
Requirements
- Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- IPAF qualified
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
- Good knowledge of London and South East routes
- Strong safety awareness and punctuality
- Ability to work early morning starts
Desirable
- Powered Access (MEWP) experience
- Tail-lift vehicle experience
