Driver Hire Brighton isn’t just recruiting – we’re expanding fast. After a record 40% growth this year, we need a dynamic new Recruitment Consultant to join our journey. This is a true 360° role. You’ll hunt for new business, then make it happen. One minute you’ll be on a sales call winning a new client, the next you’ll be on the phone matching a brilliant driver with their perfect shift. What you’ll do

  • Sales & Business Development: Proactively grow our client base through calls, emails, and meetings. This is about building relationships and spotting opportunities.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Source, interview, and register great drivers. You’ll be the main point of contact, ensuring they’re compliant and ready to work.
  • Operations & Service: Fill shifts efficiently, solve daily challenges, and provide exceptional service to both clients and drivers. Reliability is key.
