Driver Hire Stoke are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver for areas across Stoke & Stafford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Loading/unloading materials using a HIAB (Brick Grab)
- Ensuring loads are secure and paperwork is completed accurately
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
- Complying with driving laws and safety regulations at all times
This is a hands-on role suited for someone with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
Requirements:
- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- HIAB Certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience
- No more than 6 points on licence – no DD, DR, IN convictions
- Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
