Pay: £15.69/hour (standard- Advance Holiday) | £20.91/hour (overtime- Advance Holiday)

Driver Hire Edinburgh City are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected waste management company in East Lothian. We’re looking for an experienced, safety-focused Class 2 Skip Driver to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Your Role:
- Operate skip vehicles to deliver and collect skips from both domestic and commercial sites
- Secure, transport, and unload skips safely in line with health and safety regulations
- Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your vehicle clean and road-ready
- Communicate clearly with customers and the transport office
- Navigate confidently through both urban and rural routes
What You’ll Need:
- Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Previous skip lorry experience is essential
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism
- Flexibility to take on overtime when needed
