Driver Hire Lincoln is recruiting experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to support general haulage operations across the UK.
Position: HGV Class 1 DriverLocation: GainsboroughRecruiting Office: Driver Hire LincolnEmployment Type: Temporary (ongoing and ad hoc work available)Start Time: 06:00 daily
Pay & Benefits £15.75 per hour for the first 8 hours
£23.00 per hour for any hours worked over 8 per shift
Weekly PAYE pay every Friday The Role Safely transport goods to a variety of destinations across the UK.
Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete all required paperwork.
Maintain clear communication with the transport office and customers.
Follow all company procedures and road safety regulations at all times. Candidate Requirements Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
Valid Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
Previous general haulage experience is preferred.
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexible and adaptable approach to changing workloads and schedules. Additional Opportunities
