Driver Hire Kingston requires an HGV 2 Driver for our client based in Esher on a long-term contract. Permanent employment opportunities are also available.

The Role:

  • Being part of a 3-man crew to collect Domestic and Commercial waste in and around the local Borough.
  • Help with loading as and when required to assist the crew in completing all work on time and in a safe and controlled manner.

Location: Esher, Surrey

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term contract with potential permanent opportunities

Pay & Benefits:

  • £17.50 per hour standard rate

Main Duties:

  • Drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle as part of a 3-person crew
  • Collect domestic and commercial waste across the local borough
  • Assist with loading when required
  • Work safely and help ensure collections are completed on time

Requirements:

  • CAT C (HGV Class 2) licence held for at least 2 years
  • 1+ year of experience behind the wheel
  • No more than 6 penalty points
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Driver CPC Card
