We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Trunk Driver for a well-established operation based in Dundee. This is a 12-week temp to perm position, offering a permanent contract to the successful candidate after 12 weeks working with Driver Hire.
The Role:
- Night trunking work with trailer changeovers
- Minimal manual handling – primarily driving-focused
- Ensuring timely and safe delivery of loads between depots
- Completing all necessary paperwork and vehicle checks
Shift Pattern:
- Night shift, 23:00 start, Monday to Friday
- Consistent, ongoing work
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous trunking experience preferred
- Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
