If you enjoy varied work, different locations, and meeting new customers each day , this could be the perfect role for you.
Please note: An induction may be required depending on the client.
Work available across South Yorkshire.
Easily commutable from: Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Chesterfield and Rotherham.
Requirements: Previous Drivers Mate experience preferred
Full UK driving licence (minimum of 2 year experience)
Own transport to get to and from work
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual About The Role:
As a Drivers Mate, you will: Accompany the driver on daily delivery routes
Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
Contact customers ahead of arrival
Assist with route navigation
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
Provide a high level of customer service at every stop You’ll be representing our clients directly, so a positive attitude and professional manner are essential.
Whilst With Driver Hire You Will Get: £12.25 per hour (PAYE)
Paid weekly
Minimum 8-hour shift guarantee (unless discussed otherwise)
Flexible, ad-hoc assignments
