This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT driver looking for a stable, full-time night shift position with the opportunity to secure permanent employment. The successful candidate must be confident operating both Counterbalance and Reach trucks within a busy warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operating Counterbalance and Reach forklift trucks. Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse. Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring goods are stored correctly. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Following all company health and safety procedures. Essential Requirements Valid FLT Counterbalance certificate. Valid FLT Reach Truck certificate. Both FLT certificates must be in date and issued by an external, recognised training provider. In-house training certificates will not be accepted. Full, valid UK driving licence. Previous practical experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach trucks. Reliable, punctual and comfortable working permanent night shifts. Pay & Benefits £14.00 per hour for the first 12 weeks. £14.97 per hour after 12 weeks. Monday to Friday – no weekend shifts. Consistent working hours, 22:00 – 06:00. Temporary-to-permanent opportunity. Weekly pay whilst working through Driver Hire. Holiday entitlement and pension contributions.
