Driver Hire Crewe are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for one of our busy and well-established customers based in Crewe. This is a large, fast-paced depot operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering a variety of start times throughout the day and night. We can accommodate drivers looking for either ad hoc shifts or full-time ongoing work.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
- Days: £16.81 per hour
- Nights: £17.93 per hour
- Saturday: £19.05 per hour
- Sunday: £20.17 per hour
The Role
- Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles with refrigerated trailers
- Store and RDC deliveries
- Day and night shifts available
- Flexible start times
- Ad hoc and ongoing full-time opportunities
- Work for a busy depot with regular year-round requirements
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
- Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Professional and reliable approach to work
