Driver Hire Newcastle & Sunderland are looking for a class 2 driver with hook loader experience for an immediate start. Working for a construction company on a site in North Tyneside, the driver will be assisting the removal of waste from an office block refurb. This is for an initial 2 week contract with the potential of an extension, depending on the volume of work. A full site induction will be provided on your first shift. If you are available for an immediate start, we want to hear from you.

Hours & Pay

  • Working Monday to Friday starting at 6am daily.
  • Rate of pay is £15.25 per hour for the first 8hrs of your shift, followed by an overtime rate of £21.00 per hour for hours worked after 8hrs.

Driver Requirements

  • Valid Category C entitlement on the licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
  • Experience with the operation of a hook loader is essential.
