Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 ADR Cylinder Drivers (CAT C) for our client based in Uxbridge, a leading gas supplier! £19.62 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:15 (OT available to 17:00 some days) Occasional Saturday work Bank holidays are classed as working days. * Register today and start work within a week! * Excellent rates of pay! * Weekly pay! * On-going position for the right candidates! * Auto-enrolment pension after 3 months! Requirements: * Valid UK CAT C licence for at least 2 years with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN or MS90 endorsements) * Valid CPC, TACHO and ADR Certification * At least 1 year HGV Class 2 ADR driving experience (references required) * Have more than 90 days appropriate driving experience (Cat C) in the past 12 months * Physically fit, as this role is fairly manual (includes being out in all elements) * Excellent verbal and written English skills to interact with customers and team members * Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards All-round Duties: * Multi-drop deliveries (ADR Category 2) * Load vehicle with gas canisters (trollies available to assist) * Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues * Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fuel levels, tyre pressure, and fluid levels * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption * Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Rates of pay: * We are paying for minimum 8 hours a day * Overtime is paid after 8 hours (breaks are not paid) * PAYE £19.62 per hour (including holiday pay) * Driver bonus scheme up to £1000 every 6 months (performance based) Do you have the drive and experience?
