Job Title: Class 1 Day Drivers
Salary and Hours:
- £56,160 per annum based on 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential to increase to £62,400 if working a 6th day every other week.
- Salary paid via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.
- Shift duration: Minimum 12 hours per day.
Job Description:
Our customer, a leading company in the cargo airfreight industry, has secured a large contract with the UK’s largest airline and is looking to expand their workforce. We seek drivers who are flexible, willing to undertake long-distance driving, frequent overnight stays, and waiting around the horse shoe.

Company Requirements:
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid Driver Qualification (CPC) Card
- Valid C+E Entitlement with at least 2 years of experience
- Maximum of 6 points on license; DR, DD, or IN convictions are not accepted
- Full 5-year employment history with no gaps exceeding 28 days, verifiable via HMRC’s Government Gateway Portal in PDF format
- DBS check within the last 10 weeks (assistance available)
- Cargo Operative Certificate Level D (assistance available)
- Dangerous Goods Category 8 (assistance available)
- Manual Handling training (assistance available)
